1. The reason why UV adhesive does not cure is as follows

A. Unsuitable material: UV adhesive requires that at least one side of the bonding surface is transparent or can be illuminated, otherwise the material is not suitable for UV adhesive

B. UV intensity is not enough: if the amount of glue is large, you need to choose high-power UV lamp, otherwise the glue curing is very slow; if you choose natural light UV curing (UV invisible to the naked eye), you need to choose the period of strong sunlight, and the natural curing speed varies with the intensity of UV irradiation.

2. Curing time:

Different curing lamps will result in different curing time. According to the actual situation, high UV intensity can be cured in a short irradiation time, otherwise it will take a long time

3. When bonding, is the more dispensing the better?

UV curable adhesive in the bonding, not the more the better, lebei technology experiment proved that the thinner the adhesive layer, the higher the strength, generally the best adhesive layer thickness is not more than 0.15mm!

4. Viscosity of UV glue:

When a liquid moves under the action of an external force, the measurement of the frictional resistance between its molecules is called viscosity. The greater the friction resistance is, the greater the viscosity is; the smaller the friction resistance is, the smaller the viscosity is. 5. Is the lower the viscosity of UV adhesive, the lower its strength?

There is no relationship between the viscosity and strength of UV adhesive. The strength of UV adhesive with low viscosity may be higher. There is no relationship between the two!

7. Curing principle and curing conditions of UV adhesive:

The photoinitiator (photosensitizer) in the lebei UV adhesive absorbs the ultraviolet light under the irradiation of ultraviolet light and produces living free radicals or cations, which initiate monomer polymerization and cross-linking chemical reaction, so that the adhesive can be transformed from liquid to solid in a few seconds. UV adhesive must be cured under UV light with wavelength of 200nm-400nm.
