1、 Overview of instant adhesive
The main component is α - cyanoacrylate, which is mainly divided into methyl, ethyl, ethyl / alkoxy, etc. it can quickly cure with moisture in air at room temperature, also known as instant adhesive. It has good bonding ability to metal, plastic, ceramic and most materials, and is suitable for small area fast bonding.
2、 Product features
1. Fast curing, suitable for fast bonding, high strength.
2. It is mainly used for small area bonding, but the cost of large area bonding is high.
3. It is irritant to eyes and nose, and should be protected when necessary.
4. The conventional instant adhesive is hard and brittle after curing, and the special modified instant adhesive has certain toughness and impact resistance after curing.
5. The temperature resistance range is usually - 30 ℃ ~ 80 ℃. The high temperature resistance of the modified instant adhesive can reach 120 ℃.
6. It is not resistant to acid, alkali and water. It is suitable for general environment. It is not suitable for long-term contact with water, soaking in water, strong acid and alkali (including alcohol).
7. There is often whitening phenomenon in instant adhesive. Different types of instant adhesive have different degree of whitening, among which alkoxy / ethyl instant adhesive is the least.

4、 How to use it
1. Clean the surface of the bonded material
If there are grease, oxide, rust, release agent and other adhesion on the surface of the bonded material, which will affect the bonding strength of the instant adhesive products, appropriate cleaning agents and cleaning methods should be used, such as alcohol, acetone, ultrasonic, etc.
2. If necessary, the surface of the bonded material shall be pretreated
Some materials are inert materials, such as PP, PE, TPE, TPU, silica gel, POM, PA, varnish and so on. The instant adhesive alignment adhesion is poor and needs to be used LB.BOND The surface of the product is pretreated with the treatment agent to increase the bonding strength. Note: the treatment agent is not universal. Different treatment agents should be selected according to different materials to achieve the best effect. It is suggested that customers consult our sales staff or technical center before using.
3. Ensure that the surface of the bonded material is dry
Some of the water, cleaning agent and treatment agent on the surface of the material will react with the instant adhesive, which will not cure normally and affect the adhesive force. Therefore, the surface of the material must be dried before dispensing.
4. Dispensing
According to the structure of the product and the fluidity of the glue, select the appropriate size of the dispensing needle / hose. In order to control the amount and speed of the glue, the glue should be placed on the surface of the bonded material. The glue should be thin and uniform after dispensing, and avoid overflow as much as possible to avoid whitening. The material to be bonded is assembled and pressed, and the glue can be released after instant curing and positioning.
5、 Precautions
1. Measures to reduce whitening
Whitening reason: during the curing process of instant adhesive, acrylate monomer, the main component of adhesive, is volatilized, and the monomer reacts with water vapor in the air to polymerize and adhere to the product surface to form whitening. In theory, there will be whitening in the instant glue, but the degree of whitening is different,
The following measures can reduce Whiteness:
A. avoid glue overflow when dispensing. Glue overflow can be wiped with glue remover and cloth in time.
B. dry the surface of the bonded material to ensure no moisture.
C. It takes 24 hours for the instant glue to cure completely. After dispensing, the glue will volatilize even if it is not cured completely, so it cannot be sealed immediately. It should be stored for a period of time before packaging.
D. after dispensing, avoid dense stacking of products. Use a fan to blow on the products to strengthen ventilation, so as to avoid the glue volatiles from solidifying and adhering to the surface of the products.
E if necessary, use instant adhesive accelerator to accelerate the curing of instant adhesive.

2. Glue test
It takes 24 hours for the instant glue to cure completely. Therefore, for the product after dispensing, if the glue needs to be tested for high and low temperature, drawing force, etc., it needs to wait 24 hours for the glue to cure completely to reach the best bonding strength before testing.
3. Prevent glue from thickening and solidifying
Instant glue should be stored in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, avoid mixing with water, glue remover, treatment agent, accelerator, alcohol, toluene, etc., otherwise the glue will react violently and quickly solidify.
4. Safe use
A. the instant glue will solidify rapidly and release heat violently when it comes to woven fabric and cotton cloth. Therefore, it is not suitable to wear woven gloves when dispensing glue, so as to avoid the glue accidentally causing severe heat release to the gloves and burning the skin.
B if the glue gets to the skin by accident, don't panic. Wipe it with cloth immediately. After a small amount of residual glue solidifies, wipe it with glue remover, and then clean it with water.
C. if the glue gets to the fingers or clothes, stick the clothes to the skin and fingers. Don't open it immediately. Soak it in hot water or glue remover for a while, and then open it slowly, so as not to hurt the skin. In case of burns, seek medical advice if necessary.
If glue splashes on eyes, rinse with plenty of water and see a doctor immediately.
E. the glue is irritant and should be well ventilated during operation. People who are allergic to instant glue should avoid dispensing.
F. the glue can burn instantly to avoid fire source.
5. Glue storage
Instant glue should be stored in refrigerator at 2 ~ 10 ℃ to avoid water vapor, high temperature and sunlight refraction. When pouring out the unused glue, the cover should be tightened and sealed to avoid rewinding the glue back into the original package to avoid pollution.
6、 How to choose glue
The selection of instant adhesive mainly considers the following factors
1 bonding material
The choice of adhesive is different between different materials, especially for some difficult bonding materials, such as PP, TPE, PE, PA, etc., it is recommended that customers consult our sales staff.
2. Product structure - consistency of glue
The consistency of glue mainly depends on the product structure and sizing process. The consistency of glue can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements. The range of instantaneous consistency of glue is from low viscosity (water like, permeable type) to high viscosity (close to paste semi flowing), so as to facilitate sizing without affecting the bonding effect.
3. Temperature resistance
The temperature range of instant adhesive is - 30 ℃ ~ 80 ℃. If customers have special requirements for low or high temperature, they should consult our sales or technical personnel first.
4. Positioning time
The instant adhesive can be cured and positioned instantly, but the positioning time varies from 3 to 10 seconds for different formulations. The gap between the surfaces of the bonded materials will also affect the positioning speed. Large gap, slow glue curing and slow positioning. The two surfaces of the glue must be close to each other.
5. Bonding strength
Different products, different structures and different customers have different requirements for adhesive strength. Material type, bonding area, surface treatment method (electroplating, anodizing, oil spraying, etc.), product structure, glue type, surface pretreatment (cleaning, treatment agent treatment), etc. will affect the adhesive strength of glue. The appropriate glue should be selected according to the material type, the appropriate surface pretreatment should be carried out when necessary, and the appropriate concentration of glue should be selected according to the structure.
6. Color
Instant glue is usually colorless and transparent, according to customer requirements, adjust the color, such as black.
