There are two sources of ultraviolet: natural sunlight and artificial light. The stronger the UV, the faster the curing speed. Generally, the curing time is 10-60 seconds. For natural sunlight, the sun's ultraviolet rays will be stronger in sunny weather, and the faster the curing speed. However, when there is no strong sunlight, we can only use artificial ultraviolet light source. There are many kinds of artificial ultraviolet light sources, and the power difference is also very huge. Small power can be as small as a few watts, and high power can reach tens of thousands of watts. In the early days, mercury lamps were used. From the perspective of environmental protection, led UV lamps are more and more accepted.

The curing speed of different models of lobite UV glue is also different. The fastest curing time is 2 seconds. Since UV adhesive can only be cured by light irradiation, the shadowless adhesive used for bonding can only bond two transparent objects or one of them must be transparent, so that ultraviolet light can pass through and irradiate the adhesive liquid.

2、 According to the actual situation of the customer's products, conduct operation guidance:

1. One of the two objects to be bonded must be transparent, and the surface of the object to be bonded must be clean, dry and free of grease;

2. Apply the UV shadowless glue on one of the surfaces, close the two planes, and irradiate them with an appropriate wavelength (usually 365 nm-400 nm) and energy ultraviolet lamp or high-pressure mercury lamp for illumination. When irradiating, the light should be from the center to the periphery, and make sure that the light can really penetrate to the bonding part;

3. It is suggested that the remaining glue on the workpiece should be removed after about 6S illumination and initial positioning, and then it should be re illuminated until it is completely cured;

4. Curing time should be different according to different bonding materials, adhesive thickness and UV intensity. It is suggested that users purchase ultraviolet intensity tester and test the light intensity before bonding to reduce the scrap rate;

5. The curing time should be extended when the temperature is low;

6. During the operation, it is not necessary to squeeze and repeatedly rub the materials to be bonded, and it is recommended to use fixing tools;

7. The content of UV Absorbents in plastics should be considered when bonding plastics. The higher content will seriously affect the UV transmittance and the curing efficiency of glue;

9. The temperature has a certain influence on the viscosity of glue. When the temperature is low, the viscosity will increase, and when the temperature is high, the viscosity will decrease. This is also why the fluidity of glue is different in summer and winter. It is best to store UV glue in an incubator at about 25 ℃.

3、 Precautions for operation

1. Keep a good ventilation environment at work;

2. Operators must wear protective clothing, glasses, masks, gloves or fingertips, etc;

3. Wash hands frequently and change clothes and gloves frequently;

4. Once the glue comes into contact with the skin or any other part of the body, immediately wash it with plenty of water, and then wash it with soapy water.

5. Although UV glue is non-toxic and side effect glue, for operators with poor physical resistance, please take oral anti allergic drugs such as chlorpheniramine, phenergan, cismin, kairuitan (sold in general pharmacies) for about two weeks. For the operator who has caused allergy, at the initial stage of allergy, do not use hands to grasp, in order to prevent infection of other body parts. First of all, take some antiallergic drugs or take antiallergic injections. The general allergic phenomenon will soon disappear. Don't panic.
